Did you know?
Chai tea isn’t just good for its taste. This traditional blend of medicinal ingredients can help aid the digestive system such as bloating, fullness, dyspepsia, and nausea. Many of its ingredients are also often used on their own to assist the immune system.
Morning Chai is great for:
- Those who love spiced flavours
- Improving the digestive system
- Simply drinking and enjoying throughout the day
How to make the Chai tea
Stove top Chai Latte
Grab your favourite drinking mug and fill to the brim with milk. Pour into a pot and turn up the heat. Add one big heaped tablespoon of Morning Chai, stir, and bring to a rolling simmer.
Now the longer the better, but you can simmer anywhere from 10 – 30 minutes. Carefully strain back into your cup, add a little favourite sweetener (I like coconut palm sugar) and then sit back down to enjoy. – You deserve it!
Traditional chai tea
Simply place a heaped teaspoon in a tea ball or teapot, cover with hot water, steep for 5-10 minutes and drink!
