How to make the Chai tea
Stove top Chai Late
Grab your favourite drinking mug and fill to the brim with milk. Pour into a pot and turn up the heat. Add one big heaped tablespoon of Masala Chai Tea, stir, and bring to a rolling simmer.
Now the longer the better, but you can simmer anywhere from 10 – 30 minutes. Carefully strain back into your cup, add a little favourite sweetener (I like coconut palm sugar) and then sit back down to enjoy. – You deserve it!
Traditional chai tea
Simply place a heaped teaspoon in a teaball or teapot, cover with hot water, steep for 5-10 minutes and drink!
