- 2 Cups of Raw or Roasted Peanuts
- Place all peanuts in a blender and blend until you see the oil starting to separate from the peanuts and bring the paste together. Trust me, it will start to come together. It can just take a bit longer in some blenders.
- For crunchy peanut butter, add a handful of nuts at the end and blend for five seconds. Easy. Done.
There is not much to say about this, because the name says it all. It is super easy, and just ONE ingredient.
The only important part about making a batch of these crushed peanuts in its natural glory, is making sure you have a high speed blender to boot.
Mum bought me the Ninja blender for Christmas and it is perfect. It comes with three sized jugs and three different blades to match.
You can make this a few different ways; raw, roasted, and/or crunchy. I used raw peanuts. I also love my nut butters crunchy. Mmmm…
Secondly, if you rather lathering up your toast with that reminiscent sweeter peanut butter, you can certainly add some agave nectar and a pinch of salt to your tastes. I had mine with sliced banana, agave and chia seeds.
