Raw cross buns


  • 1. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • 2. Add wet ingredients and mix with your hands.
  • 3. Form square-shaped balls with a flat base and place onto a lined tray. Add to the fridge.
  • 4. Meanwhile, mix raw chocolate ingredients til well combined. It should drip from a spoon but not be too runny.
  • 5. Using a teaspoon, spoon a small amount of chocolate and carefully run a cross across the top of each ball. This may take some practice and you may find you need to add more or less cacao.
  • 6. Pop back in the fridge to set the crosses, and then enjoy. Best served at room temperature.
